New Year Eve

Ok the last post of the year. And what a year it has been. I believe the time has just flown by ever so quickly. I have been very busy with work. DH has changed jobs most likely to go back to his old job but in a different position. Children are going up. I havent worked much on my cross stitching over the last 12 months i hope to change that in the coming year. I would like to take this time to wish everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR. See you in 2008

Friday the end of my first week on holidays.

Two pics of Bella the first one she is on top of the dolls cupboard where the tedddybears are. look closely you'll see some of the teddy's and the second pic is Bella and Milo on the cats post. they both love that. also the love to look out side they are both indoor cats so they watch the day go by through the window.

OK I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I had a wonderful Xmas we done the family get together over the weekend so come Christmas day it was ours to do with. Ok family got heaps of Gifts. I received some lovely gifts including one from overseas. This week has been a very hot and we still having to try to get the pool up. Yep its attempt two and i am soooooo sore. At the moment i dont think i have any spots on my body that dont hurt. My hands have blisters on blisters and i have a sunburn that is soooooo sore even with having to apply suncream block several times during the day i still got burnt. i am hoping to have the pool finish by New Year Eve as its going to be over 40C on the day....... just maybe i should work on my cross stitch and then i wont get hurt. LOL as soon as i get the pics from the camera i show you attempt one and two. at the moment i dont see the funny side maybe later i will. Ok another pic of my pets hmmmmm

Saturday holidays

Ok i have officially started my annual holidays. Even Dave has some time off this Xmas. We have also been told that David operation is going to be in February and not March. This keyboard is stuff so i wont be able to finish this post. I has taken too long to type what i have done am going to get a new keyboard before i can type any more post arghhhhhh. If i dont get keyboard before Christmas I wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

Two more days of work then holidays

OH boy am i looking forward to them or what. Sleep in yeahhhh. LOL Done the food shopping for Christmas and oh boy was that dear. Everyone here be happy. Tomorrow i get the swimming pool at long last. took them a while. I am snacking on chocolate want some. :) ok some more pics of the pets as soon as i get them out the way i will show my completed works. hehehehe not as many as some of my blogger friends i see but at least they done.

Tuesday

Ok here is Basil

Ok i am now counting how long to go to holiday break for me. 3 days and counting. on the other side of the coin no income for a couple of weeks oh well i need the de-stress holiday break. And time for the things i want to do yea like cross stitch go to the movies. I do half a dozen stitches on my Enchantress yep i started again. I might finish the evening with some more done. Ok i have been asked about my other cats so let me find the pics i might have to take some photos of Bella.

Monday 17th Dec

To my dear Friend.... Yes i had to laugh at your comment. Is it that we both have great taste or what........ :)

Ok i have been a little busy today. I got my cross stitch the Enchantress and had to work out where the hell i am up to. yep dont you hate that you leave something for a while and just to go back to it is a headache plus. I now know where i am i should start on it tomorrow.

I think yesterday i have another award to hand out and it goes to the Most Stupidest Driver. Hands down to the woman on Sunday. She would have been driving over 40kms in a car park. When the sign states 10kms and watch for pedestrians. Then she gets abusive when she gets told to slow down not only was she having a go at me but 2 others as well. Is it Christmas or what i think the silly season is here.

Ok now for some more pis of my pets. Two pets tonight the cat is Milo and the rabbit well she now in Rabbit heaven. We lost her a couple of weeks ago we have to get a replacement as Mel was too upset. Her name was Princess. the new one is called Snow white i think. And now we have to separate both rabbit and guinea pig. "Pig"(aka Prince) and Princess were the best of friends I will upload when i have found new pics of the rabbit. Time i have finished with the pets i think i will need a farm hehehe

Saturday Evening

Ok well another day is almost over and what can i say i have done the last two days. Well as normal we have friends over Friday Night and well the same oh same oh happens. Tonight i have made a huge discovery i DONT like biscornu(?) i have finished my first and only one. I can now say i have done one. No more. I have taken picture but the scanner is doing a hissy fit doesnt want to retrieve them. been busy with the garden today the chocks has been having fun again. Damned programs. ok here are the pictures to the biscornu ok not finished and finished No pets this post.

Hot Thursday

Well today has been a hot day and they are saying tomorrow is going to be hotter. Had Xmas work lunch today. Yummy. That done i had several issues that really bugged the **** out of me today. We ordered a swimming pool for the family over 2 weeks ago and was told last week its in transit and again i was told its in transit when it should have been here by now. who knows when its getting here. Second issue of today was when i got home Mel's new rabbit yep new rabbit had attack Cecilia's guinea pig. I thought we had lost it but it looks good now. I had Cecilia upset cos she didnt know that i had taking it inside for the day just to make it was ok. And i got Mel another fish for her tank yep lets see how long this one last . Hmmmmmmm Now thats out the way i have been getting some lovely gifts from my students and a family gave me some lovely lindt chocolate ohhhhhhh they are just to die for. Ok more pics lets see what i get today. The turtles that are in Dale's room they are growing at the moment, cant remember their names i think they are name after the cartoon turtles. No cross stitching today well not yet maybe soon.

Wednesday

Ok short note. What i shouldn't do is go damn shopping with son and ask the sales man about the xbox 360. I clearly stated that i got it for son for Xmas and he didn't know and the man was talking like my son knew........ Now who's the dumb blonde. I think he wins the Award for the week. I quickly recovered from that one. Saying as my son has half saved i might pay for the rest and give it to him for Xmas. Son fell for that............. at this stage.

No stitching today. Been busy with work. Almost the end of the week sleep in yea. Oh i found out that i finish 2hrs early on Friday yeah. This is our cockatiels. I have to ask the children what their names are. Left to right Persvel Nightinggail, Ghost, Charlie, Gorgous and Tess i think sorry to say that i might have spelt names wrong. Next post more of our pets.

Still Tuesday

Just wanted to add that i have just completed my first hardanger piece. It ended up been stitiched on the wrong type of fabric but hay it only to see if i like it. I know its not iron but its only a sample.

1st post Tuesday

As this is my first post. A little about me. I am married, together we have three children one boy and two girls. Between the five of us we have many pets. 4 cats, 2 dogs heaps of fish(i am not counting them). a galah, an indoor budgie, the rest outside with the cockatiels, also we have 2 turtles, frogs, guinea pig and a rabbit and i think last but not forgotten the 2 chocks.

I have many needlework on the go. And I have just started scrapbooking with my girls. This is going to be interesting to see what happens. i should try to see if i can add photos along the way. This is what i have been working its the Woodland Enchantress.
